Polyurethane (PU) is a polymer formed by the reaction of an isocyanate with a polyol, a foaming agent and a flame retardant.
Polyurethane material is the best insulation material in the world. Including hard polyurethane plastics, soft polyurethane plastics, polyurethane elastomers and other forms, and divided into two categories of thermoplastic and thermosetting. The raw materials are usually in the form of resin.
Isocyanate + polyester polyol → PIR (level B1) PUR (level B2 and B3)

Remark: normal temperature status
Compared with other building materials, the PU sandwich panel can effectively prevent cold energy transmission due to the larger temperature difference between the inside and the outside, so cold storages are more energy-saving and the working efficiency of cold rooms is improved.
